Discovering the ancient civilisations of Syria, Damascus, Aleppo, and Palmyra September 2010

Grand Tourist is proud to offer our friends the opportunity to travel with us to Syria in September 2010. The trip will last 11 days (10 nights) and will be a relaxed itinerary including the sites, sounds and flavours of Syria, both ancient and modern.

Syria is a fascinating country, Damascus, Palmyra, The Crusaders Castles, Aleppo, are all included on our visit. The history of Syria is so rich and so varied that a trip to this magical country is an incredible and life-changing experience. From the Fertile Crescent of the Euphrates to the bazaars and souks of Aleppo and Damascus, Syria is a country that will enthral you. This is a unique opportunity to visit a country where tourism is in its infancy.

The Grand Tourist Damascus, Palmyra & Aleppo experience is 11 days (10 nights) in length – it includes:

  • 10 nights accommodation in first class, characterful hotels
