It's a great time to escape to the Alps - loads of snow, charming chalets and boutique hotels just waiting to welcome you. I've just come back from Les Gets where we experienced fantastic hospitality (as usual) at the charming Ferme de Montagne. My second son William managed to break his leg in the terrain park so we spent a couple of days in Annecy Hospital - brilliant for anything orthopaedic (if you've got to have a skiing accident have it in France.................but don't be detered.........Grand Tourist are at your service for ski getaways - The Alps are on your doorstep! www.grand-tourist.com
